Can I subscribe to your vegetarian meal plan if I have specific dietary restrictions?

So customers can check whether our meals suit their preferences/needs, we have listed all of the ingredients in each of our recipes on our website. In your account, you can also edit your Taste Preferences if you are using the auto delivery option, which will let us know any specific ingredients that you do not wish to receive.

Will the food in my vegetarian meal delivery stay fresh?

Absolutely! The packaging of our vegetarian food boxes includes an insulated liner and ice packs to keep your food fresh until you get home on the night of delivery. We recommend putting your food in the refrigerator as soon as you can though, to keep it as fresh as possible.

Where do your vegetarian recipes come from?

Our recipes are created and developed by our expert Culinary Team, who use their years of culinary experience to create a menu that excites week after week. The team works closely with farmers and suppliers to develop meals around seasonality and availability, while never compromising on quality. Our team is continually working on new recipes to keep bringing you different flavours to try.

Where do you deliver vegetarian-friendly food?

We currently deliver to Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia & Manitoba. You can check your postal code to see if you are included in our delivery zone.

How much do you charge for vegetarian meal delivery?

Delivery is free on all of our regular and vegetarian meal plans, excluding our 2-person meal plan which includes 2 meals per week. Customers who select this plan will pay a $6 delivery charge.

What is a vegetarian?

Those who follow a vegetarian diet exclude some or all animal products. Vegetarians typically eat more plant-based foods, including beans, pulses and eggs as alternative sources of protein. A healthy vegetarian meal plan would include all of the above ingredients.
